| Item | What to agree |
|---|---|
| Minimum order | Standard styles and private-label projects are quoted separately, with quantities defined by style, colour and lens option. |
| Product & branding price | A written quotation separates the eyewear, logo application, packaging and any tooling costs for your chosen configuration. |
| Samples | Review the sample specification, fee, shipping and any order-credit arrangement before sampling. |
| Production plan | Sample approval and confirmed order details form the basis of the production schedule. Changes are reviewed before work proceeds. |
| Packaging | Define the unit pack, branding, carton quantity and shipping marks to match your sales and delivery requirements. |
| Payment | The quote identifies the payment currency, agreed stages and beneficiary details before payment is arranged. |
| Shipping | Confirm the delivery term, named place, freight scope and responsibility for duties and taxes in the quote. |
| Inspection | Agree the sample reference, acceptance checks and inspection arrangements for the order. Record the process for quality issues or delays. |
| Market documentation | Identify the destination market early, then review the exact model, required evidence and labelling with the product specification. |
| Brand & customer protection | Define confidentiality, permitted design use, tooling ownership and any market protection in the project agreement. |
Only the agreed written quote and order contract establish your commercial terms.
