THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Start informed.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Ask for the minimum per style, per frame colour and per lens option—not just a total order minimum. Include your target quantities in your brief so the quote can address your actual order.

How much will my first order cost?

Request a breakdown of product cost, branding, packaging, sample charges, any tooling, freight and payment terms. Start with the configuration and target quantity so the quote reflects your intended order.

What changes the private-label price?

Your logo application, colour changes, lens choice, packaging and any new tooling affect cost. Describe what you want to change, and separate must-haves from optional extras.

How do sample costs and refunds work?

Sample cost, delivery charges and whether a sample fee can be credited to a production order should be included in the written quote. Review these conditions before arranging your sample.

When can samples and production be ready?

Share your target date. The quote needs separate sample, approval, production and dispatch milestones; a production estimate is not a delivery guarantee.

Which documents can I review?

Start with the exact model, materials, intended market and required tests. A report for another product is not evidence for yours. The Documents page lists what to check.

What about payment, shipping and problems?

Agree the contracting party, payment stages, shipping scope, inspection criteria and the process for defects or delay in writing before paying. Do not assume duties, DDP delivery, refunds or compensation are included.
